In the event that your product arrives in a defective or damaged condition, an item is missing, or you receive an incorrect shipment, Time of Grace is committed to rectifying the situation within a 30-day window from the date of your order placement. Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges; however, we are more than willing to send you a replacement promptly to resolve the issue.
