Good daily devotion

I completed this daily devotion book with my husband, which we both enjoyed. It was a good length and we appreciated the prayers at the end of the devotions as well.

Enjoying and appreciating

I have an older and newer version of daily devotions from Time of Grace. I read them both plus other devotionals. I especially enjoy them being short into the point and they seem so often to hit on just what I need for the day.

Not for me

This book may be appropriate for some people, at some point in their spiritual journey. It is a very "light" kind of devotional, which gives it more of a new-age feel to me. I was disappointed when I opened the book upon arrival, and it seems to just be random stories with no real thought provoking, in-depth reference to scriptures/study. Was looking for something to strengthen my faith as I try to dig deeper into my relationship with God. May hang on to it for future reading.
