Fighting anxiety with joy

I purchased this book to give to a friend, whose husband deals with anxiety. I have never met him, but in conversations with his friend, I understand that he does not go to church very regularly. When I met with her recently, she thanked me for the book and said that he had found a lot of comfort in reading it. I hope and pray that his heart will be turned to the Lord on a regular basis.
Thanks to Time Of Grace, the Lord provided the seeds, and I pray now that he will water them in this man’s life.

A Guide for "The Fight"

Anxiety is rough... it attaches itself to every human being on earth. So how do you "fight it"?
This spiral bound book gives direction and hope in the Lord who is the only one strong enough to battle anxiety. The weekly sections which are then broken down into daily thoughts and focus points are easy to read and study. I loved it. Please write more!

Some Hopeful Advice for Anxiety

I have been struggling with anxiety all of my life….whether it be family-related, work-related, or just life events that come up. This study guide helped me to work through a lot of that by providing advice and practical tips using God’s word. It’s not meant to replace anytime of treatment for anxiety, but it gave me some time each day to spend with God and reminds me that through God’s word, I can find the peace and understanding that He already has it all figured out for me. I highly recommend this study.
