I really liked the format that he used. Great application questions. He does a nice job with questions. They made me stop and think and stretched my thinking of the devotion.

I loved the real-life and personal stories he shared in each devotion. These helped to make it real as well as relatable and relevant for the reader.

This is a fantastic Bible study! Each chapter is divided into three sections: 1 - Introduction paragraphs, 2 - Looking at Daniel’s life by reading the Bible and seeing his situation, and includes Biblical application to our lives by reminding us of the sacrifices Jesus made for us, and 3 - Section with a real-life scenario. Each of the 22 chapters concludes with fantastic in-depth, pondering life-application questions.

Easy to read and finish a chapter when you have about 15 minutes. This book covers the first six chapters of the Book of Daniel. Thank you Pastor Mattek! My favorite Time of Grace book! I will be using this book for an upcoming women’s Bible study at my church!
